Alat tenun bukan Mesin (ATBM) is a non machine-weaving tool developed from traditional one name “Gedokan". “. The xixting A TBM used now are limited to produce the product with certain design or combination and need relatively long time. The demand of weaved materials are especially the “songket” that each typical regions has various design and style, so that exixting ATBM need to improve the performance, and it needs modifying A TBM for facilitating producing process and increasing produced nzaterials. The Analysis Method applied to choose oneof modification alternative from selected modification alternative. From selected modification alternatives plus original design, it was found that the modification alternative namely combination of adding “gun motif”, roll bearing and eccentric motor using the bike pedals has the highest value and performance: 47.647 and 1.189 respectively and gave some advantages such as higher rate of producing, the more motif variations, easier to use and work for all weaving process.
