The issue editor for this issue is Carol Hall Ellenbecker, PhD, RN. Dr. Ellenbecker received her bachelor’s of science in nursing from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and a master’s in nursing in community health from Boston College in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her PhD in health policy at Brandeis University at the Florence Heller Graduate School in Waltham, Massachusetts and today holds the position of associate professor and director of the PhD program in nursing and health policy at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
