Internet access and use is essential to today’s professional. This is the 2nd edition of this resource and is introduced with an overview on guidelines for browsing the Internet. These guidelines discuss the accuracy of data found on Web sites and the need to evaluate what is found within a Web site. There are five common criteria used in evaluating Web sites contained within this publication. They are (a) authority/ source, (b) purpose/objectivity, (c) content, (d) currency, and (e) design.
