Besides natural resources (SDA) such as mineral source, gas and oil, plantation, foresty and fishery, there are also other resources which have been discussion within international law, viz. genetic resources and traditionall knowledge, both are called (SGPT). Mayority of the resources owned by developing countries, unfortunately the resources could be realized by join cooperation with foreign country, therefore SDA and SGPT in the developing countries have been managed by partnerships of foreign country through investment of multinational corporation or transnational corporation. Recently SGPT has become issue between group of north or developed country and group of south or developing country. The problem does not lie on the grey side of international law which creates injustice feeling amongst group of developing coutnries. How is SDA abd SGPT in the relation with foreign investment of MNC or TNC within the perspective of contemporer international law ?
