In production system with medium range production and soft product variety,extensive changeovers between one product style and the next may not be required.It is possible to configure the equipment without significant lost time for changeovers.Using Quick Basic 4.5, we can make a computer program to arrange the cell formation until 260 parts and 28 machines based on Nonlinear Model Assigment Allocation Algorithm.The application of cell formation using this computer program in the company of Swasti Pandawa Armada produce 11 cells.Futhermore by using From To Chart and CRAFT analysis we can construct the new layout according this cell formation.
