The implementation of globalization and regional autonomy especially in the business sector will lead to an escalation of the economic activities and the development on the regional potential. The impact shows that there will such an increase on the stream of human and goods mobility that the transportation services supports, such as air, land, and sea transportations, will be the most important needs. Tanjung Intan Cilacap Harbour, the on/v sea harbour located in Java south coast, is very strategic as sea transportation to the West part of Indonesia, that is Sumatra Island ans South Asia, and even to Australia. Taniung Intan Cilacap Harbour has a potential hinterland which has the capahilirt’ to escalate the regional economy Such escalation is indicated hi the rising stream of oil transportation from 3.816. 761 ton. t13 in 1998 to 5.100.518 ton M3 in 2003. 6.92% increase per anum. This research aims at analyzing the increasing plan of Tanjung lntan Cilacap Harbour up to 2008 which is based on the rise of efficiency and productivity and at estimating the sea transportation services needs.
