In obtaining management commitments and support in integrated information system development used implementation Zachman Framework for enterprise architecture framework that provide the way of how to make classification of architecture elements. Understanding of this framework will be useful in enterprise architecture development or management and to determine which methodology will be adopted and suitable for the organization. An enterprise architecture methodology itself used as guidance how to develop or manage enterprise architecture. In this paper, methodologies used to develop enterprise architecture are compared. The methodologies are TOGAF Architecture Development Method, Enterprise Architecture Planning, Basic Enterprise Architecture Methodology, and EAS.
