A bank is required to give efficient services to its customers in order to achieve customer satisfaction. The limited facilities may trigger long queues that can be disadvantageous for both the customers and the bank; and therefore must be anticipated. The implementation afqueuing theory aims to calculate the amount of time a customer must be served as well as the cost for adding service facilities. The research In Bank Niaga shows the current system performance. The system Is modelled by using ARENA and the output wíll be analyzed. The steps that have been done include data collection, homogeneity test, distribution input fitting, and creating model using ARENA. It is shown that the system performance of Bank Níaga is good enough though some improvements are needed in the long term.
