The purpose afraw material inventory in a company are to fulfill the production requirements as well as the buffer stock. Currently the company is adapting the probabilistic inventory system with the backorder case(Q,r). In this system, the economic value of IN measurement order (Q*) is gained from the iterations calculation. The calculation result using the model (Q,r) is Rp.479.950.452.468,90 ond the cost of ?he raw material procurement is Rp.39.816.611.064,00. There are two suggested methods to calculate the capital limit, so the company can fulfill the capital constraint and minimize the total annual cost of raw material procurement. Inventory system with Lagrange Multipliers uses the Lagrange Multipliers constants which function is to optimise the calculation of ?he inventory in its iterations. The total annual cost of this method ís Rp. 467.519975.184,18 and the cost of the raw material procurement is Rp. 33.463.275.732, 40. Inventory system with LIMIT, economic lot size order is gained from the LOQ (LIMIT Order Quantity). The calculation result of this method shows, the total annual cost is Rp. 468,252 .000,456 47?nd the cost of the raw material procurement is Rp. 37, 840, 201,825.40. Based on ? he company purpose that is to minimized the annual cost of raw material procurement, therefore the selected method is Lagrange Multipliers.
