Flash animation is an enchanting technology that provides an interactive and dynamic 2D animation. It is used for web, cartoon animation, cd tutorial, product presentation, and for making computer games. Computer games have been evolved from the simple graphic games to the more sophisticated games. For most people undoubtedly it is more challenging to play in a competition. Therefore by using Macromedia Flash W 2004, Macromedia Flash Communication Server MX, Adobe Photoshop CS, an arcade computer game that can be played in multuser mode as well as in single user mode is created. For mulduser mode the computers are connected through a computer network. Based on the experiment we conclude that the produced game is capable of running successfu ?y either in single user or mult user mode.
