To anticipate the problem, one thing that has to be done is to collect the data centralized and integratedly . Therefore the data base is designed by using relational model. To avoid redundancy of the tables, we use normalization process. In the relational model, the relation among tables uses relation key that will be primary key to each table. Designing those tables is applied step by step, begining with First Normal Form until to get the most optimal form, in order to avoid from redudancy and inconsistancy data.
