Even, it is also recognized that at present the progress of space technology is making great strides in commercialization. But, it is ironical that most of developing countries have not yet reached and utilized such the progress of space technology, although appeals for “technology transfer” increasing the capability of developing countries in space technology have been voiced at related international fora as well as stipulated in United Nations Resolutions.
