The results of the conducted re¬search and development as well as other scientific activities will serve as a mean to further advance the researcher’s professional carrier. This premise will there fore motivate them to improve the quality and quantity of their research and development as well as their other scientific activities. The data of their study are taken from the research and development and scientific activities works of 46 LAPAN’s researchers that have been assessed by P2JP-LAPAN and P2JP-LIPI. By running a statistic Sign Test, the study concluds that the assesment of the two P2JP proved to be defferent. Only 19,5 7 % of the works of LAPAN’s researchers were rated equal by both of the P2JP.
