Nowadays,more people who choose to watch movies at home rather than go to cinema.With this opportunity,competition between cinema operators and the VCD/DVD renting industry is unavoidable.Further,it is through establing and maintaining relationship with its customers that the renting industry can maintain loyalty of customers to their services and products.This study objective is to find out how customers respond to customer bonding,effectiveness of bonding,and whether is there any relationship between the customer bonding and customer loyalty in the renting industry.
