Land transportation service industry is developing, for example tour and travel services. Along with the development, there are new cases, especially those related with new diseases as a result of job. In the tour and travel service industry, the diseasesfrom work mostly found among drivers, for example low back pain. Low back pain is a work-related disease related with ergonomic, i.e. work position. Less knowledge of work health will increase the low back pain case among drivers. This study was aimed atfinding out the etlect of work health knowledge and work position on low back pain case. This was an cross sectional study. The location was Rosalia Indah Travel, Solo, Central Java. The subjects were 60 drivers. The independent variable was sitting position, while the dependent variable was low back pain case measured with Imrie's back freshness test. The data analysis was regression and SPS 2000. The results showed that the significant effect of sitting position variable with partial value r= -0.652 and p=0.000<0.05. It could be concluded that every increase or decrease of sitting position variable will befollowed by decrease or increase of low back pain variable.
