The breastfeeding has a perfect content of nutrient, qualitatively and quantitatively. The exclusive breastfeeding is highly recommended for the Infant and 6 months after birth could be accompanied by supplement until the infant is 2 years old or more. The nutrient content of breastfeeding promotes optimum growth of the infant physically, emotionaDy and sodaDy. It was revealed that the IQ of the infant given the exdusive breastfeeding is 12,3 point higher than the one without it. Although the government has made many efforts to increase the number of the infant given the exclusive breastfeeding, demographic and health survey data in 2003 indicated that the number of baby given the exclusive breastfeeding was only 39,5%, which was far below the suggestion of The Innocents Declaration (80%).
