Antenatal care (ANC) is one of strategies that can be conducted to decrease moltemal mortality. To ensure that the aim of ANC can be achieved, primmy health care centre have to provide a good quality ANC services. Quality is customer or client decision, which is based on real experiences of custom~r toward a service. This means that clliitom~r' s perception is crucial in ju;1ging tbe quality of health services. Patients' satisfaction as an indicator of Widwifety quality service is often ignored. This research aimed to analyse the relationship between patient perception regarding ANC services quality arid patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Kembaran I, Banyumas District. This research is analytic observational, cross sectional study. Population of this research was lilOthers attending antenatal car~ clinic' at Puskesmas Kembaran I, BanYUlJlaS district. Th~ smnpling method used was total sampling. Data were collected by a structured questionnaire. Kendall's Tau method was used to analyse the data. There was a significant relationship at l'1oderate level and positive correlation between pati~nt perception regarding ANC services quality alld patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Kembaran I, Banyuinas District (t = 0,533; p=O,OOO). In conclusion, the higher the perception of the patient, the higher the vatiet1t satisfaction
