Gestalt approach is not necessarily for individual case only. It can be applied into a larger system. The same principle of gestalt psychotherapy applied to a larger system is almost the same. The key principle is awareness to the here - and - now based on the gestalt cycle of interaction betwen the self and the environment. Each step consisted of the gestalt experience and the impasse as a challenge for change. This article is to discuss the gestalt concepts applied in organization. Some considerations must be borne in mind when applying this approach to individual and more so to organization.
