The need for sophisticated psychological data analysis has been fulfilled structural equation modeling which grows recently. Structural equation modeling enables ot test validity of variables and, at the same time, the relations among variables as identified in a model. Not only analysis results of applying structural equation modeling can test goodness of fit of the model but also parameters within the model. As an analysis tool, structural equation modeling requires strong theoretical mdoel before testing it. However, having the result of applying structural equation modeling researcher can easily identify many indicators that will be used to modify the model if needed.
