Building maintenance needs materials. Material procurement often experience cellision between ordering time and amount. Therefore, the material problem should be seriously managed. The study objective was to forcast time and amount of material ordering of paint as an example. Method was desk study and secondary data was used. The results showed that procurement of paint by use of third forecasting method was obtained through the most economical linear regression method.
