Most of companies need the strength of human resources, but most managers had difficulties in creating quality of human resources because each individual had differences in character. Most companies realized that through creating development and training would increase the ability and skills of individuals in the organization. Managers will be able to see the progress of her employee and it will be used to evaluate the performance of each employee in the organization.
