According to the fact that archipelago in Indonesia Maritim Area is about unless 13000 islands, transportation that can connect one island to another is air and water transportation accept Surabaya-Madura which will be connected with Suramadu bridge, they are reliable in order to ensure the smoothness of poeple flow and especialy the goods from surplus island minus ones. People flow can be served by water transportation, as well as air transportation, while comodities can only served by water by water transportation (exept Surabaya-Madura), which provide Interinsuler ship and cross-island ship, Specific-purpose ship (Refined Fuel Oil ship by PT. Pertamina, Bulk Carrier ship by PT. Indocement, Wheat and Pllet Bulk Carrier ship), and also poeple shipping Boats or Sailling Boat. Kalimas quay is spescialy fo people Shipping Boats to tethered and load and take apart various commodities especialy copra, thus the volume of copra take apart (Y) is influence by some factore, i.e. Organda Freight Variabel (X1), load and take apart tariff variable (X2), and Influation variable (X3) with coefficient regression of 1.039,-1.10 and -3.163, respectively.
