This research aim to know the employee's perseption of office of PT. Telkom regional division VI Banjarmasin to type of ownership of company share, and also to know the type influence of is ownership of company share (ESOP) to employee's organizational commitmen of office of PT. Telkom regional divisional VI Banjarmasin. As the variabel dependent is organizational commitment (Y), while independent variabel is share owned by the employee's of PT. Telkom that is: Ownership of maiden share (X1), Ownership of insentive share (X2), and ownership of bonus stock (X3). The result of research indicate that the independent variabel by together hve an effect onto organizational commitment with the f value= 70918 and p=0.000. Influence of all independent variabel to variabel dependent by 20.5%.
