The goal of the present paper is to describe the errors on the use of di mana 'where' found in university students' papers and show how the word should be correctly used in Standard Indonesian. It is hoped that this study can motivate researchers of Standard Indonesian to observe and describe other types of errors that frequently crop up in university students' papers.
