Bandwidth Management is absolutely needed for multi services network to guarantee link still be alive properly and also to make optimal the usage of existing link. But in the implementation it was felt difficult enough, because configuration of traffic shaping still be based on text so that network administrator has to type some commands of to at computer of router in network An application program for the configuration of traffic shaping based on web is developed at this research. By using this program, network administrator needn't again to type some commands of to direct in console to do configuration of traffic shaping, because program have been based on graphical user interface, and also needn't have to direct in computer of router because program can be accessed from other computer with web browser.
