Isi artikelThis paper discusses simulation and modeling of multi-domain (hybrid) systems with bond graph as a tool. Then simulation with the software that support modeling in bond graph (i.e. 20-sim), will be compared with MATLAB simulation. Control engineers usually use transfer functions, block diagrams or state space descriptions. In mechatronics, where a controlled system as a multi-domain system has to be designed, the parameters should be directly related to physical components. Usually simulation software doesn't support these features. But multi-domain CACSD (Computer Aided Control System Design) software like 20-sim allows input ofmodels in the form of equations, block diagrams, bond graphs and iconic diagrams. This will be illustrated by simple DC motor hoist system that is representative for mechatronic systems.
