The 1998 economic crisis and reformation has opened our view that the established economic system has not yet fully performed the GCG (Good Corporate Governance). McKinsey's survey in 2002 explains that Indonesia is considered to be the worst quality in GCG in Asia region. The first action in GCG implementation is Corporate Code of Conduct. It is the statement of expectation of business behaviour for all company divisions in order to support good business practice. Good Corporate Governance is very useful in reducing country risk and rising value of the firm.
