Gender is a social relationship concept that differentiate roll and function between man and women. However, The differentiation between roll and function, is not because of their biologis differentiation. The aim of this study is to learn how the gender gave an effect on the dentist activities. The concluded of this study is Dentist’ work activity in health centre in the area of East Java that measured by means of observation method, direct measurment and patient response was not influenced by Gender perfective. There aren’t responden perseption differentiate on gender in health services.
