The objective of this study was to know the activity of black tea extract (Camelia Sinensis Asamica) to the necrosis mechanism of cancer cell by immunocompetence cells macrophag of oral cavity mucous exposed by benzo (a) pyrene as carcinogenic. Samples were health mice of 2-3 months old, with 20-25 gram BW. They were devided into 4 groups: (1) with mineral water as placebo; (2) with benzo (a) pyrene of 8 mg/kg BW peroral twice a week as positive control; (3) with benzo (a) pyrene as same as (1) and added with black tea extract of 100 mg/kg BB each day per oral in four weeks; (4) this group as same as 3 but dosage of black tea extract 80 mg/kg BW. These groups in processing up to twelve weeks. Result showed that group (3) the necrosis of cancer cells were increased, in which the activity of the immune competence cells of macrophag were increased, it can be concluded that black tea extract may cause the mechanism necrosis of cancer cells by the activity of macrophac cells of the oral cavity mucous which exposed by benzo (a) pyrene.
