For those manufacturing companies, the availability of raw material is a vital or major factors in running of the production process. The companies need appropriate raw material manufacturing to achieve a smooth and exact time in producing one product with low cost and market demand can be fulfilled. The basic theory which being an aim in this study is raw material availability controlling especially EOQ method. The study used a descriptif method and data were collected through observation. The results showed that the application of EOQ method in raw material management of PT. Factory Paint could reduce inventory cost by an amount of IRP 14.188.537,08 compared to the method being runned by PT. Factory Paint.
