State Own Corporation, especially the Persero is a corporation having legal body for the sake of profit. Basically a legal body is a body having rights to act as human being, having its own property, being accused by andi or being plaintiff of the court. Capital for the State Own Corporation is direct participation of the separated state property. In a legal sense, the state has been participating on that company, consequently this separated state property has become the corpOrate property. So, by law the capital for the state own corporation becomes the property of corporate, it is not state property anymore.
