The purpose of this research is to reexamine factors that affect stock prices in the market. These factors include cash flow, dividend, earnings before interest and tax, and firm size. Theories related to these factors are provided in order to give a sound background. Our result indicates that cash flow, dividend, earnings before interest and tax are significantly affect stock prices.
