Isi artikelThe term psychological contract is still heard as a new term in business organization environment. However, in fact, almost every organization has use psychological contract in their employment relationship with the employees. Psychological contract is an employee's perception about reciprocal obligation between employee and employer. The employees believe that organization's obligation to them is equal to employee's obligation to organization. Then, what role is played by this psychological contract within the organization? This article aims to explain the role of psychological contract in one organization, in an employment relationship context.
