By the way, the internet was the number one topic of interest in the recent readership survey. Because of my relative lack of familiarity with the net, i have asked my colleague, mike anderson, to be the guest columnist this quarter. In spite of mike's self - effacing prose, he is quite adept at cruising the net and is an experienced user of the basic services. Unfortunately, saudi phone lines are erstricted to 2,400 baud at present, so we cannot access the fancier graphics packages. This precludes our tapping into such areas as the world wide web.
