Isi artikel
That the right to health should be listed amongst fundamental human rights is not only a matter of fact (demonstrable empirically, beginning with the innumerable Charters of Rights that refer to it), it is, even more, a principle by which to interpret the times in which we live, a statistic (to use the term of Jaspers) that allows us to achieve a better focus not only on our understanding of the juridical-social dynamics of the modern epoch but also, and more generally. our own self-understanding. As is known, we are dealing here with a sociological-cultural acquisition (or perhaps a spiritual one) that is relatively recent but which by now is absolutely rooted in the consciousness of modernity.
