The purpose of the study was to determine the most significant factor of building construction planning. The method used in the study was survey by distributing questionrraire to respondents who were site managers in construction projects. The number of respondents was 45 in the Jabotabek area. The method of processing data was by calculating the means of factors. The results showed that the most significant factor was length of time schedule (4.4) and the estimation cost of the project (4.6).
