Various reasons can be raised to explicate the phenomenon of unethical behaviors in the world of business or work places. At the botom line, however, unethical behaviors are reflection of mental imbalances which can be traced along the journey of the subject’s moral consciousness development. Such moral development obviously manifests itself through the managerial culture and moral standards or values adopted by business managers to support their managerial decision making or corporate policies.
