Isi artikelThe dissolved oxygen sensor is used to measure concentractions of dissolved oxygen in water. The measurement of dissolved oxygen concentrations is important in numerous chemical and biological studies in the laboratories and other fields such as environment monitoring. The measurement of dissolved oxygen for water quality can not doing manually, therefore the parameters that indicated DO (dissolved oxygen) are shown by the appearances of aquatic‘s We such as fish or water plant. Recently, the micro fabrication technology has growth significantly therefore it is possible to develop the sensor’s system which is able to detect simultaneously, accurate and miniaturized, in this paper has been described the process to develop dissolved oxygen by Thick film technology. The reference electrode has printed by Silver-silver chloride (Ag\AgCl) and for working electrode and counter electrode has use gold paste (Au). The characterization result has indicated that the sensor prototype could be used for sensor of dissolved oxygen to monitor the oxygen which has dissolved in water.
