The success and failure of the projects constructions are influenced by cost and schedule variance, performance index as well. To avoid over-run cost, delayed schedule and low performance index, the construction needs to be controlled very early. This paper is to find out the cost variance and productivity index of construction. Data obtained from accounting department project. The result of the study showed that productivity index is different both to the first construction project and to the second project that have the same performance index relatively.
