Isi artikel
Limping is a common disorder in children and adolescents. Imaging has a central role in identifying the cause for the limp. The findings by plain radiograph are often diagnostic, but occasionally a more sophisticated imaging modality is needed, including bone scintigraphy, computed tomography, sonography, or magnetic resonance imaging. The common causes of limping are reviewed, with special emphasis on the appropriate imaging modality for each clinical setting.
