Isi artikelThis study focused on the conditions under which job dissatisfaction will lead to creativity as an expression of voices. It was hypothesized that useful feedback from coworkers, coworkers helping and support, and perceived organization support for creativity would each interact with job dissatisfaction and continuance commitment to result in creativity. in a sample of 68 teachers of the six primary and secondary Christian private schools in Makassar indicated that the predicted moderating effect of the useful feedback from coworkers, coworkers helping and support, perceived organization support and continuance commitment not supported. Regression analysis result also indicated that job dissatisfaction had no sign jfIcant effect on creativity.
