Isi artikel
Health care costs represent an increasing share of goss domestic product. Most users do not pay for care directly, payments are made either by the government or as a part of total employee compensation. Pressure for reform comes form the government, business and the middle class who cannot afford the care they need. Near term, reform will be accompanied by diminished expectations as well as increased regulation and controls. Longer term, if we have massive government intervention, we may see development of "medical enterprice zones" in america where a freer market system for health care will be available.
