Laissez - faire, market economies, small government, liberty and responsibility are keys to success. Markets can't be planned or organized, they are the outcome of millions of individual human actions. Czechoslovalia has been following adam smith's message. Price stability is essential. We do not need foreign aid, loans and debt cancellation, we do need free access to world markets, foreign and investment, and stand - by management facilitating price deregulation, trade liberalization and currency convertibility.
