There is need for wider roads that caused increase in number of motor vehicles and crossroads, which are often disrupted by railway crossing that require underpass roadways. In the case of underpass the focus is on its walls to be reinforced by diaphragm wall. There should be an appropiate method to construct diaphragma walls through precast system namely rapid implementation, good accuracy during installation, no additional work to increase wall surface, water proof, flexible between panels, and not influenced by waves during its installation. Based on calculations of diaphragm wall consist of the 5.13 meter, moment of 72.61 tm, force of 26.07 ton and deflection of 3.11 cm. From these calculations it is concluded that existing precast diaphragm wall are still safe against force and its method is better than other types of diaphragm walls.
