The programis aimed at maintaining the lifelihood and the sustabinability of the banking system given its important roles in strengthening th ebusiness sector and the national economy as a whole. Bank restructuring does not only deal with the micro sector within a bank, but also consider, the macro policies regarding the monetary stability in the country. The program requires an enourmous amount of government subsidy so that it is absolutely necessary to maintain coordination among the macro economic policies, particularly the flexibility in the fiscal - control policies. The trade - off between micro policies within a bank and macro policies in bank restructuring and recapitalization is also discusseed in this paper.
