This article suggests political economy agenda to support the reforms of concept and political economic institution. First, the system of political economy shall separate the state institution and private institution. The linking between these institutions would lead to collusion, stimulate corruption and cronyism that harm the society. Second, the system shall eliminate the opportunity for unfair rent - seeking activities and disguised protection as a result of the collusion between the state and private institutions. Third, reforming and reinventing proper rules and regulatory systems that could govern the separation between the state and the private. The separation shall be manifested in the political system, primarily between legislative, executive and judiciary system.
