Micro-business development has been strategically placed as one of national market pillars. Ironically, we can perceive that the micro-business development proves discouraging condition caused by many tribulations. Tracing the “history path” and mastering abroad, we can pull out the “red line” such as: (1) Capital problems are the most significant factors that weakened the performance of micro-business development. (2) To solve this problem, Micro Financial Institution (MFI) among “heart breathing”, “heart beat” and “wheel cycle” of micro¬business is the alternative way which deserve to take into consideration and need to be implemented. It is proved defeats effectively micro-business capital problems. (3) Many parties involved and take responsibilities on MFI development, such as Government, related Institutions, MFI or micro entrepreneurs themselves. Thus, preferably Indonesian MFJ should lead to as how they carry out the functions and responsibilities to produce the synergy, which is still far from desirable situation.
