Isi artikelCommunicating successfully in working environment as a part of group dynamics is a key part of doing the job. The success of person’s performance itself depends on effective communication. Group communication is central to and essential for most modern work. Good group communication is not easy to achieve, requires skill and attention, often goes wrong and is fundamentally intersubjective . Adaptability is a key organizational skill as network society, continue to expand and it will be interesting to see how this influences group communication and styles of working. More over, organizations that can foster group dynamic process effectively from groupthink will gain competitive advantage.
