The current economic crises have revealed a new challange for leadership and business management to anticipate and to be more compatible with openess and trade liberalization in the globalization era. The new paradigm in leadership has also shifted from the corollary of super stars to the era of super teams, from hierarchical to network system, from mechanisitic to organismic, from authocrative to participative, and from simply a trader to a well - trained entrepreneur. The capability of leadership to adapt with the changing environment is a pre - requisite of finance and banking sector to reconcile the current economic and political reforms.
