Multimedia telecommunication business has been booming recently. Its relevant intellectual property right aspect can be categorized into two dichotomy regimes, copyright individualism versus copyright communalism, copy left and open source regime. Legal concept of intellectual property right should not only relate to the narrow definition of intellectual creative protection, which includes protected works, but also should cover protected computing and protected communication. This article attempts to analyze and describe the birth of public license form in favor of sharing intellectual creation as an alternative to answer the problems in patent amid the telecommunication technology, media and informatics convergence.
